Children under the age of 12 MUST be accompanied by an adult.
We strongly recommend that you purchase a ticket through our online ticket sales or email us at email@example.com. There are a limited number of tickets available so we cannot guarantee that admission tickets will be available on the day of the festival.

Whilst there will be a selection of food available and on offer, nonetheless we appreciate that there will be those of you who may want to enjoy the surrounds by chilling out and bringing your own food.
Picnic bags and hampers will have to be checked so please DO NOT attempt to bring in glasses, bottles or glass containers of any kind. No alcohol will be permitted and please make sure that any soft drinks are not in tins/cans of any description.
Food and drink will be available and a picnic area will be provided for your comfort should you require. There is adequate room for you to do this and enjoy the surrounds, should you wish.
No alcohol will be permitted.
There are licensed bars available on site for the consumption of alcohol. On entry to the site, security will conduct brief checks and will confiscate any alcohol found. All we ask is that you simply respect the fact that we are trying to create a family, friendly and inclusive atmosphere!
If we suspect anyone is under age when attempting to either purchase (suitable identification will be asked for to prove age) or bring alcohol on site, it will be confiscated and the appropriate authorities may be called.
You are however welcome to bring in soft drinks, but please ensure that they are not in any tins/cans or glass bottles of any description.
Snooky Fest will be operating Challenge 25. Challenge 25 is a retailing strategy that encourages anyone who is over 18 but looks under 25 to carry acceptable ID (a card bearing the PASS hologram, a photographic driving license or a passport) if they wish to buy alcohol. Please ensure that you have suitable identification to make sure you have a fab day!
Please ensure that no alcohol is brought in and please note that there is a strict policy of no glass, bottles or tins of any description allowed. Security will put any items aside on arrival if this is the case.
Security & Safety
The whole purpose of the festival is to create a friendly and harmonious atmosphere, ideal for all ages and families.
Security is there purely to oversee entry to the site and provide assistance should the need arise. If our security staff suspect anything of an illegal nature taking place, you will be given the opportunity to explain any areas of concern. If necessary, you will be escorted off the site and the appropriate authorities may be called.
Violence or unruly behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated in any way, and you will be immediately escorted from the site. Please remember and respect that this is a family, friendly environment.
Yes you can...
On entry to the site, a wristband will be attached which we strongly advise you do not remove for the duration of your stay as this is your means for re-entering the site.
With some purchases, you may be asked to show your wristband before being served.
For those under the age of 16, a contact telephone number will be written on the band in case that individual gets lost and cannot find their guardians.
We reserve the right to confiscate any item that we consider could be used as an offensive weapon which might endanger the safety of others on site, or anything that might be intimidating. You cannot bring any glass on to the site, remembering of course that any broken glass could endanger the animals whose home we have been allowed to have for the day!
Do not attempt to bring any illegal substances on to the site. You will be asked to leave if anything suspicious is suspected, and we will liaise with Devon & Cornwall Police should it be necessary.

We cannot guarantee the Great British weather, but we are all doing the 'sun dance' for the day!
You may wish to consider bringing suitable clothing/umbrellas should the weather be a little inclement! But as we know the sun will shine, so don't forget to bring suitable sun screen and shading! Even in cloudy conditions, the sun can burn and cause untold damage if you are not careful. We also have the undercover 'Unplugged' Stage to provide rest-bite from bad weather.
Sorry, unfortunately no dogs or animals are allowed on the site, other than guide or hearing dogs. This is purely in the interest of hygiene.
